• Shark snorkeling occurs in the waterpark’s Shark Lagoon.
• At least half an hour prior to the event’s scheduled start time, participants must arrive at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza.
• A participant will be deemed a “no show” if they arrive ten minutes after the start time.
• There can be no more than 5 people in a group.
• Before going into the water, participants must fill out an Atlantis disclaimer form.
• Participants should arrive dressed and ready to get wet, and they should wear suitable swimwear.
• Life jackets are necessary and will be supplied.
• Participants should be informed that English is the language used for all of our interactions.
• Six is the minimum age to participate in the Shark Snorkel adventure.
• A paying adult must accompany participants under the age of thirteen.
• The accompanying adult must be present to sign the necessary waiver paperwork, but they are not obliged to take part in the experience with the minor under the age of thirteen.
• The accompanying adult must buy a standard waterpark admission ticket if they are not a resort visitor and are not taking part in the event.
• Visitors should arrive at the Shark Lagoon prior to the commencement time.
