Thanks to the climate-controlled environment, this experience is a year-round delight, ensuring a comfortable adventure in any season.

• Enjoy the convenience of being picked up from your Dubai hotel in a Range Rover, with pick-up times scheduled between 06:30 AM and 07:30 AM. Rest assured, we will provide you with the precise pick-up time in the afternoon before your departure.
• Upon arrival at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, you’ll receive complimentary gifts in the form of a Headscarf and a Stainless Steel Water Bottle, both thoughtfully included with each booking for you to take home as souvenirs.
• Capture memorable moments with a collection of vintage Land Rovers, creating unique photo opportunities.
• Embark on a captivating nature drive within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, riding in luxurious Range Rovers. During this journey, you’ll gain insights into the desert’s rich fauna, flora, and conservation efforts.
• Explore a remote lake, also serving as a haven for migratory birds.
• Finally, reach the renowned Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa, where you’ll treat yourself to a gourmet breakfast on a deck that overlooks the breathtaking desert dunes and the thriving wildlife.
• Your experience will draw to a close with a return to your hotel between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, making the entire adventure approximately five hours in duration.

• A portion of your Desert Safari payment is directed towards local conservation efforts in Dubai.
• Complimentary pick-up from Dubai is included, with transportation provided in a shared, air-conditioned Range Rover, unless you have made alternative arrangements.
• Given the desert’s warm climate, it is advisable to bring along a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and lightweight, comfortable attire. For desert safaris during the winter months, it’s recommended to have warm clothing on hand.
• Please note that Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa has an age restriction policy, and children under the age of ten are not allowed on the premises. However, if you wish to partake in the Conservation Drive with a child under ten, we can propose an alternative arrangement.
• Bookings should be made online at least 13 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, feel free to contact our reservations team at +971 50 786 2339.
• The breakfast provided is a sumptuous buffet, complete with juice, tea, and coffee. Kindly inform us of any dietary restrictions when making your reservation so that we can relay this information to Al Maha.
• Restroom facilities are available both at the entrance gate and at Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa.
• Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
• Please be aware that this experience necessitates a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the experience is canceled due to insufficient guest numbers, we will propose an alternative tour option or provide a full refund.
• Guests staying in an apartment or residence can choose the nearest hotel as pickup point unless booked under private vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered.
• No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
