1. How do I get to the heliport?
We are located at the
Dubai – Atlantis Hotel helipad on The Palm Jumeirah see us on Google Maps.
Abu dhabi – AD Cruise Port Abu dhabi see us on Google Maps.
2. Is there parking at the Heliport?
Yes, for your convenience there is parking right outside the terminal building.
3. What happens if I am running late?
All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure. Unfortunately, we are not held accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flight as planned.
We ask you to check-in 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time to ensure that all of our flights depart on time. If you are running late, we may not have you ready for your flight to depart on time and you may miss your flight. We will always do our best to accommodate you on a later flight if available; however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to fly. We fly everyday from 0900 AM to 0530 PM including all public holidays.
