Bedouin Culture Safari Morning

Participate in the premier cultural experience with this heritage-focused morning desert safari. With Akhilaa Tourism, you will experience the resourceful Bedouin way of life and survival in the harsh desert climate through camel, and vintage Land Rover.

At our nomadic-inspired campsite, guests will have the opportunity to speak with real Bedouin storytellers and meet a friendly Saluki dog and falcon. The visitors will learn the deep heritage of the Emiratis and how they used resources to herd, hunt and prosper in the vast desert. The experience will conclude with a local Emirati breakfast and the chance to participate in authentic Bedouin experiences. This amazing morning experience will provide guests with interesting insight on the culture and heritage of the United Arab Emirates and the amazing people who built this great country.

• Hotel pickup in Dubai between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM (time depends on the season, specific pickup time provided the day before).
• Receive a complimentary headscarf and stainless steel water bottle upon arrival at Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.
• Enjoy a 15-minute camel ride to an authentic Bedouin village (each camel accommodates two guests).
• Explore a traditional village with Bedouin tents, cooking stations, and farm animals.
• Interact with a friendly Saluki dog and witness a 25-minute falconry performance.
• Indulge in a traditional Emirati breakfast with insights into its preparation. View Menu.
• Listen to captivating Bedouin storytellers sharing their rich heritage.
• Experience a traditional dance performance featuring local talent.
• Embark on a 60-minute nature safari in a vintage Land Rover.
• Return to your hotel between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM (timing varies with the season).
• Total experience duration approximately five hours.

• Part of your Desert Safari fee contributes to local conservation efforts in Dubai.
• Complimentary pick-up from Dubai hotels is included; transportation is provided in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle unless a private car is booked. Private residence pickups are available unless a private car is specifically requested.
• It’s advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable, cool clothing for the desert’s warm conditions. For winter safaris, consider bringing warm attire.
• Online bookings should be made at least 13 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, contact our reservations team at +971 50 786 2339.
• Children aged 5-11 years are charged at the child’s rate.
• If traveling with children under five years old, a private car booking is required.
• A maximum of two people per camel ride is allowed.
• Bathroom facilities are available at the camp.
• The nature drive is not recommended for guests who are more than six months pregnant.
• Some vehicles have a maximum capacity of ten guests.
• Please note that this experience requires a minimum number of guests to operate. If the minimum guest count is not reached, an alternative tour option will be proposed, or a full refund will be provided.

• A private car booking is required if travelling with children under 5 years old, and if pickup is from an apartment or from a residence. Alternatively, guests can choose the nearest hotel from their address
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Pick up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Sharing vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
• A confirmation with a precise pickup time will be sent to your email or phone before 6:00 pm on the day before the Desert Safari.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered.
• No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
