• Your ticket will be sent to you via email once your reservation has been confirmed. To redeem, go to the Avenues at Atlantis ticket office to pick up your wristband, which will allow you to enter the attraction.
• A 21-year-old or older adult must accompany children under the age of 18.
• One child (less than three years old) receives a free ticket for every adult with a valid ticket.
• When redeeming a ticket for a child or infant, proof of age must be presented at the entrance.
• The tickets are good for six months after the initial date of travel.
• There will be no reimbursement for the ticket if you are unable to use it at all for any reason. You will have the choice to reschedule for any other day throughout the next six months, though. This covers flight cancellations brought on by bad weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.
