• Between three and five in the morning, a professional Conservation Guide will take you up from your hotel or private property in Dubai in a brand-new Land Rover Defender 130. The night before your experience, you will be informed of your precise pickup time, which varies based on sunrise.

• As the desert can become extremely hot, we highly recommend packing cool, comfortable clothing, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and anything else you may need. In the winter, we recommend wearing warm clothes for the hot air balloon ride, particularly early in the morning, just before sunrise.

• Anyone under the age of seven is not permitted to fly, and children aged seven to eleven will be charged at the child price.
