For non-group bookings, cancellations that occur a minimum of 72 hours before the flight incur no cancellation fee, but cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancelation fees are subject to different deadlines for group bookings. In the event of flight cancellations due to weather, your full refund will be returned within 7-10 days. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the operator, and changes will be communicated when appropriate.
General Information: Balloon flights are conducted early in the morning, with timetables adjusted to align with sunrise. The day before the trip, between 12 and 9 p.m., the reservation team will contact you for confirmation and pickup details. Transfers are made using four-wheel drive vehicles suitable for driving in the desert. A Certificate of First Flight will be awarded upon completion, and all flights adhere to GCAA safety standards. Wearing comfortable attire and paying attention to the pilot’s safety instructions are crucial during the trip.
Reservation and Age Requirements: Adult rates apply to those 11 and above, while children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Participation may be prohibited by certain medical conditions, and passengers must present a government-issued ID. An adult’s weight can’t exceed 120 kg. People above the age of 80 and children under five cannot fly.
It is mandatory for passengers to be between the ages of 5 and 80. Flying is forbidden to anyone younger than five or older than the legal age restriction of eighty. A parent or legal guardian must be present with children under the age of eighteen. A maximum weight of 120 kg is established. Pilot clearance will be needed for any additional fees resulting from guests’ excessive expenditure.
