Overnight Desert Safari Dubai

Go back in time with our Heritage Overnight Safari, an immersive experience in a genuinely Arabian desert. Go over the dunes in a classic vintage Land Rover or experience the tranquillity of a Camel Caravan while your very own Conservation Guide tells you about the unique desert flora and fauna. Just as darkness falls, enjoy a spectacular falconry show, and learn about this ancient tradition.

As night progresses, you will take shelter in our unique, stone dwelling overnight camp, inspired by the traditional Bedouin dwelling, and experience Dubai as it was before the first skyscraper or two was built. There’s plenty of cultural activities to keep you busy, including a four-course traditional Arabic dinner, authentic Emirati entertainment, henna, shisha, and magical stargazing. A restful and uninterrupted night’s sleep will be accompanied by the camp’s power being switched off as far away as possible to enhance the peace. Your stone dwelling is equipped with full bedding, though we recommend a warm layer as desert temperatures drop significantly at night. • Pick-up times from hotels in Dubai vary by season and range from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. On the day of your desert tour, at approximately midday, we will notify you of the precise time of pickup.
• You will be given a stainless steel water bottle and your headscarf when you arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. These are a present for our visitors to take home and are included with every reservation.
• Take a 60-minute camel or vintage Land Rover ride on a wildlife safari.
• Admire a breathtaking falconry exhibition set against the backdrop of an Arabian sunset.
• Get a warm Arabic welcome with coffee and dates when you arrive at a real Bedouin camp that is lit by torches.
• Savor live shisha, camel rides, coffee making, and breadmaking.
• Savor a typical supper consisting of four courses.
• Take in and participate in participatory Emirati performances, such as Yola and drumming.
• Enjoy the tranquility of the desert at night while spending the night in a traditional stone dwelling chamber.
• Wake up to a wonderful breakfast.
• Between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning, return to the city.

Supporting Local Conservation: A portion of the fees for your desert safari contributes to local conservation efforts in Dubai.

Complimentary Hotel Pick-Up: We offer complimentary pick-up services from Dubai hotels in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle, unless you have chosen a different arrangement. For guests residing in private residences, we are happy to pick you up from the nearest hotel unless you have reserved a private car service.

Weather-Appropriate Attire: Considering that the desert can be quite warm throughout the year, we recommend bringing essential items such as a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing. For desert safaris in the winter months (November to March), it’s advisable to have warm clothing for the evening.

Child Rates and Private Car Booking: Children aged 5-11 will be charged at the child’s rate. If you are traveling with children under five years old, a private car booking is necessary.

Dietary Preferences and Allergies: Our safari includes a traditional dinner. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, kindly inform us when making your reservation. We are capable of accommodating various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, and gluten-free options.

Facilities at the Camp: Restroom facilities are available at the campsite for your convenience.

Pregnancy Advisory: Please note that the nature drive is not recommended for guests who are more than six months pregnant.

Group Size and Comfort: Some of our vehicles can accommodate groups of up to ten guests. To ensure your comfort, we limit the number of guests to 75-100 in our spacious campsite.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered.
• No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
