Your adventure begins with an unforgettable dune drive in a state of the art 4×4 new model Land Cruiser. Experience the beautiful sunsets over the wide-open red dunes, endless opportunities for photographs (don’t forget your camera), then continue to our Bedouin camp for an evening of fun and a great dinner. You may also bypass the dune driving on request and head straight to the camp. A memorable evening awaits in the spirit of the Arabian desert with Akhilaa Tourism!

• Depending on the season, be picked up in a Land Rover Defender between 2:00 and 4:30 p.m. On the day of your desert tour, at approximately midday, we will notify you of the precise time of pickup.
• You will be given a stainless steel water bottle and your headscarf when you arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. These are a present for our visitors to take home and are included with every reservation.
• Take original photos with a collection of vintage Land Rovers fit for a museum.
• Take a 60-minute nature excursion in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve in a Land Rover Defender.
• See a stunning, isolated lake that doubles as a bird refuge.
• Take in a breathtaking falconry show at a location that is exclusively for Platinum Desert Safari visitors.
• Snacks and sparkling juice canapés at sunset.
• After riding a camel into the sunset, reach a private cabana and a tranquil desert paradise.
• Savor a fine dining meal that consists of five courses.
• Admire mesmerizing entertainment that includes a fire and acrobatic act.
• Depending on the season, return to the city between 9:30 and 11:30 p.m. The entire event will take about seven hours.
• Savor a traditional four-course meal that features a diverse array of delicious cuisine. Go to the menu.

• In Dubai, a percentage of your desert safari ticket goes toward supporting local conservation.
• Unless otherwise reserved, pickup from hotels in Dubai is covered and will take place in a shared Land Rover Defender. If you live in a private home, we can pick you up from the closest hotel unless a private vehicle is reserved.
• We advise packing cool, comfortable clothing, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen because the desert can get very hot. In the winter, we advise packing warm clothing for desert safaris.
• In the event that the temperature drops, visitors can request Arabic jackets (Besht) from the camp.
• Online reservations must be made at least three hours in advance. Please call our reservations team at +971 50 786 2339 for short-term reservations.
• Youngsters aged five to eleven will be billed at their own rate.
• If you are traveling with children less than five, you must reserve a private vehicle.
• A five-course fine-dining menu is included in this safari; however, please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. We can accommodate gluten-free, kosher-style, vegetarian, and vegan diets.
• The camp has facilities for restrooms.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered.
• No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
• Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is canceled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
